As the Association Manager for Inverness Condominiums V in Clearwater, I write to thank Tampa Pavement Constructors for a JOB WELL DONE! As you know, the Inverness Communities paving project was nearly a month long and involved much detail and planning.

From the bid proposal process to the final inspection process the re-paving project at the Inverness went like clockwork. You and your staff dealt with multiple communities and multiple Association Managers with professionalism and grace. I would recommend Tampa Pavement Constructors without hesitation and would like to specifically thank members of your company.

Gary MacMillan, estimator, provided multiple options for the Board of Directors to consider and went above and beyond in the call in extending his industry expertise to both myself and the decision makers in the community. Gary answered every phone call, every email was responded to, including those phone calls made in an evening after a late board meeting! The organization of the project was made possible by his fine efforts. Gary sold the community on TPC from the get go with his skills and professional demeanor.

Rick Border, Operations Manager, was on site throughout the project to answer questions, provide advice, and never missed a beat when asked to make an accommodation or deal with concerned residents. I observed him with his crews and must speak highly of his eye for detail and problem solving skills. His offer to me to call him "anytime" was used and abused and much appreciated.

Sal Zito, Paving Superintendent, is the best "go to guy" I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was on site at the break of dawn and into the end of the day and was available for crack of dawn phone calls with rain delay questions. Sal walked with me and a concerned Board Member multiple times with the resulting comment from that Board Member, "That guy really knows his stuff!". From my perspective it doesn't get much better than that.
